I had been browsing for a car for quite some time. I wanted a bit of an upgrade from my Golf but it had to be the right car. I saw a Jaguar at Time Motors LTD and decided to go and take a look. Although Nottingham is a bit of a drive away from me, I'm really glad I travelled. The car has everything I could ever ask for and as for the dealership itself was great too. The transaction was so super simple and straightforward and the salesman Ryan was brilliant. Would absolutely go here again for another car.

After a poor experience with a previous dealer, it was a breath of fresh air dealing with Ryan at Time Motors. The whole experience was fantastic I honestly couldn't fault it. It was nice to see they care, they communicated well, ensured a quick part exchange process and never put any pressure on me. I was nice to break away from the generic hard, pressure selling techniques I've experienced beforehand. The valeting done on the car was extremely good, it was clean and tidy and smelt lovely when collecting. The Golf is exactly what I wanted and I love driving it, no hesitation in using again and passing on the recommendation.

Fantastic service from Ryan at Time Motors! I'd been to look at Nissan Navaras in a fair few dealerships before going down to Time Motors and the pushiness just drove me away.. pun not intended!! However, the service here was impeccable, they welcomed me onto the forecourt without breathing down my neck, they made me feel really comfortable and safe too! I was definitely put at ease. One of the Navaras there caught my eye and after Ryan showing me around it and answering all my questions, I decided that that was the car for me! I've had it home a few weeks now and I'm well pleased with it! I can't fault nothing about Time Motors, I'll definitely be returning there for my next car and will be telling others to go there also!

Ryan is absolutely fantastic, a real credit to time motors! He was very thorough in showing us around the car and made sure we knew all the ins and outs about the vehicle before purchasing. He wasn't pushy at all either which was great and I liked that the price on the car was the price we paid, no added extra fee, admin fee's etc, the price was the price. We did end up buying the Toyota Land Cruiser and its been great, no faults or complaints about the vehicle at all, its serving it purpose well and an all round great car. Thanks time motors!

Recently purchased a Nissan Navara and Im very happy with it, its a lovely motor and very enjoyable to drive. Ive no complaints what so ever on the truck, its exactly what I wanted and just as I expected condition wise, described well. There was a slight delay with the finance company as I was collecting on a Saturday, some delays with the payment, however, I cant fault the dealer, they did what they could to quicken it up. Really helpful staff here, the customer service was very friendly and other than the finance delay is was a very smooth process. Comes with my recommendation.

I had a big tasks on my hands of getting rid of my much loved Mercedes - due to the ULEZ changes, I was gutted but keeping it was not cost effective. I must admit whatever car I was going into had big big big shoes to fill and quite a high expectation to live up to. I wasn't happy about changing my car at first but upon searching the internet I became more and more open to different makes and models. I have used Time Motors before so as a safe bet and as a dealership I trust I contacted to see what they had. I was invited down to look at a couple of cars, one been a Mazda 3... The customer service was incredible, they knew my situation and knew it was a big move coming away from the Merc, but Zed was so helpful and on the ball with it. I test drove the Mazda, and actually really liked it... it ticked the boxes it needed to and on the whole was in really good nick. I went with it and soon realised that actually it is the most reliable car I've ever had. Its very well balanced and a well rounded car, in terms of its feature, gadgets, low mileage, immaculate condition, I was on to a winner. Its a lovely great car and its massively grown on me, I love it! Its certainly serving its purpose well and living up to what it needed to. Id like to thank Time Motors, they were incredible, incredible service skills, extremely good communication, regular updates, and they even went the extra mile to get my phone and Bluetooth connected to everything for me before I went. I strongly recommend using Time Motors to buy your next car and wouldn't think twice about going there next time I need to change my car.

Ive bought a couple cars here and always been very happy with everything. They way the sale is handled is great, they are helpful, quick and informative. I would hands down recommend the customer reservice here all day long. We had a few issues with the first vehicle we bought from Time Motors but nothing was too much, they did everything they possibly could to get it resolved and in good time too. They didnt question it or make it difficult, they did what they could for me. Seeing how they dealt with the issue just filled me with confidence to buy here again, so I did. I bought VW Caddy and its driving very well, running nicely, its actually a really nice little van and has certainly been well kept previously, its really tidy. Another successful purchase here and many more to come I can imagine, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Couldn't pick a fault with Time Motors at all I bought Vauxhall Vivaro and not long after had an issue with the alternator. I literally called up and said its broken, explained what was happening and they said not a problem get it booked in and fixed and we will cover the cost. Hands down, the best after care service ever received. Absolutely great in getting resolved. The salesman who sold me the van was really good, I wasn't there very long at all, in and out in no time. Really great experience from start to finish.

Great first van buying experience. When buying a car, I normally shy away from pushy car dealerships and opt for private sales. I messaged Time Motors about a van that I liked the look of. From first contact, Ben communicated and facilitated an easy and smooth transaction from start to finish. There were a couple of issues after I'd driven away. But Ben sorted them out post haste. I would fully recommend Time Motors.

Let me start by admitting I have a distrust of dealers - forgive me. It always seems they are trying to screw you in some way. We bought a van to convert into a camper from Time Motors just after they opened from the Covid-19 shutdown. We dropped in with little notice but they found the time to answer our (many) questions even though they were busy. The first thing I'd say is their advert was accurate, the van was in good condition and at a great price. Previously we looked at many vans and learned that "˜minor wear and tear' is code for "bashed to hell and treated like a skip" ;) There were a few things on the van we wanted resolving. They patiently went over each one, even taking us and the van to a mechanic across the road to discuss. There were seven points including the MOT and service recorded on the invoice which they promised to deal with"¦ I expected to be messed about. However, to my amazement they did everything agreed and more - they truly went above and beyond. I'm blown away! Zed was friendly and approachable throughout and I'd recommend them to anyone.

I do a lot of fishing and have been using my car but its not ideal, I decided to look at options of a van and have it carpeted out... Came across time motors as they had plenty of options spoke about what kind of van I was after and fount the perfect van for me Mercedes Vito! Had it for a while now, after sale care is what really matter and as there was a small issue these guys went above and beyond to get it sorted. It was still under Mercedes warranty but they didn't push me to them, they took care of everything for me.
